The AUS HEARTS team is seeking input from general practitioners, nurse practitioners, practice nurses, and community pharmacists to guide adaptation of the World Health Organisation’s HEARTS package for the unique context of rural, regional and remote Western NSW. The HEARTS package is a set of evidence-based practical interventions, designed to be highly adaptable and recognise the strengths, innovation and responsiveness of local health services.

The AUS HEARTS team will be visiting health services throughout the Western NSW region over the coming weeks and months to consult with and gain insights from health practitioners to inform the adaptation of HEARTS.
