Consumer engagement is an important part of the research process and is critical to ensure that the AUS HEARTS project meets the needs of the communities it hopes to serve.
We want to hear from community members about their experience of high blood pressure care and their ideas for making care better. Their feedback will help shape how health services across Western NSW prevent, find and treat high blood pressure.
Community members do not need any special knowledge. We want to hear from people with lived experience and community members who want to improve health care across the Western NSW area.
People who are interested in being involved will be invited to a one-hour online meeting where we will explain the project and ask for your views on making blood pressure care in Western NSW better. They will be compensated $40 for their time.

Register if you or someone you know is interested in being involved? Please share and register on the Engage western website.
